Uniforms - Conditions Of Hire

The following conditions apply when hiring the Diamond Valley Little Athletics Centre representative uniform.

1. When hiring or purchasing a Centre uniform, a "Conditions of Use" sheet will be provided at the time of hire or sale. Any hired uniform must be returned clean, undamaged, unstained and in good condition within the timeframes outlined herein. An autographed uniform is non-returnable.
2. There are two recognized seasons � Summer (Relays, Multi and Track & Field) and Winter (Cross-Country).
3. If a uniform is hired for the Summer season it must be returned by the end of the season otherwise it is considered to have been sold and no refund will be given. The end of the Summer season is considered to be the date on which the DVLAC Annual General Meeting is held.
4. If a uniform is hired for the Winter season it must be returned by the DVLAC Cross-Country Presentation Night otherwise it is considered to have been sold and no refund will be given.
5. A uniform may only be obtained from the Uniform Co-Coordinator. The cost of hiring or purchasing the uniform is $35. A uniform should last 2 years with normal use and growth.
6. The amount refundable on return of the new uniform when hired for a single event, or at the completion of the Winter (Cross-Country) season, will be $20. Single event hire is defined as a combined Region/State Championship. For example, if an athlete enters Region Relays and qualifies for State Relays they can wear the uniform at both championships as Region/State Relays is considered a single event.
7. The amount refundable on return of a hired uniform where the uniform is used for more than one Region/State event during the particular season will be $15. For example, if a hired uniform is retained for use in the Region/State Relays and the Region/State Multi or Region/State Track & Field the refundable amount will be $15. If it is used for only the Region/State Relays or Region/State Multi or Region/State Track and Field the refundable amount will be $20.
