EQUIPMENT DUTY AND SET UP:
- A roster applies for the Set Up and Pack Up of major pieces of equipment in addition to normal club venue set up. The rostered club must provide a minimum of 4 adults for Centre
set-up and pack up duty. They MUST check in at the Equipment Shed no later than 45 minutes prior to start of the day's program.
- Each Club is required to be at the ground at least 30 minutes before the start of each day's program to set up their allotted venue(s). Putting away of equipment can be done as the
events are completed.
- Any damage or shortages of equipment must be reported to the Equipment Coordinator.
BUILDING AND GROUNDS:
- At the completion of each weekly program the Arena and surrounding grounds are to be free of rubbish and clothing.
- Each Club is responsible to ensure that the Arena, Buildings and Grounds are left in a cleanand tidy condition.
- Each club will be allocated Toilet Clean-up duty on a rotational basis over the season.
CANTEEN DUTY:
- Clubs rostered on a given day / MUST be in the Canteen on the hour for one hour.
- The first (1st) scheduled Canteen Duty Clubs must report to the Canteen Co-ordinator 30 minutes before the scheduled Canteen opening time to set up the canteen. Their duty time is 1.5 hours.
